10 Stratton Street, Mayfair attracts four new tenants

New Estate International, has agreed deals with four new tenants at its recently refurbished 10 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1. Hanover Green are office leasing agents on the scheme.

The nine-storey office building, once the UK headquarters of GVA, has been transformed to provide 41,571 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, arranged over garden, ground and seven upper floors.

The new lettings total 15,404 sq ft and have achieved rents of between £100 and £115 on 10-year leases.

Kosmos Energy has taken 3,013 sq ft on the 6th floor, Coast 2 Coast has leased 4,999 sq ft on the 4th floor, Glen Point Capital 5,757 sq ft on the 2nd floor and Telemos Capital 1,635 sq ft on the 7th floor.

The extensive refurbishment included adding a brand new top floor, reconfiguring the ground floor entrance to provide a wholly new reception area, three new 8 person passenger lifts, 30 bike spaces and three showers at garden level, new double glazing throughout and enlarged openings to the front and rear, plus 1,916 sq ft of terrace space. Floor plates vary from 1,635 sq ft to 5,975 sq ft.

There is currently 26,167 sq ft of accommodation available on the garden, ground, first, third and fifth floors.
