20 Garrick Street, WC2 now fully let

Acting on behalf of Axa REIM and CIS, the 13,150 sq ft of refurbished offices at 20 Garrick Street in London’s Covent Garden, has now been fuly let.
Hanover Green acted as letting agent during the successful letting compaign achieving rents upto £67.50 psf to tenants including, Delice de France, Radium One and Brand ME. Burger restaurant Five Guys occupies the ground floor.
Hanover Green also acted for AXA REIM and CIS on the purchase of the property which at the time was fully let. A decision not to renew the lease to the serviced office operator was vindicated by the improving office market and the excellent rents acheived post the refurbishment.
