on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Also providing development advice on new
build and refurbishment opportunities.
Qualifications
Career History
Started in 1988 at Sinclair Goldsmith as a graduate surveyor. Following a merger
with Conrad Ritblat being promoted to Director in charge of the South East office
and Industrial agency team. Joined Hodnett Martin Smith in 1998 and set up a decentralised
office/industrial department. Following the sale of the company to DTZ in 2005 becoming
a Director in their business space team before leaving to jointly set up Hanover
Green. Former Chairman of the Office Agents Society.
Recent Experience
Advised on the refurbishment and subsequent letting of Metro Building Hammersmith
totalling 90,000 sq ft on behalf of Capital & Counties and The Prudential.
Advised on the refurbishment and letting of Olympic Office Centre, Wembley to various
tenants totalling 80,000 sq ft on behalf of Invista Investment Managers.
Advised Hanson on their acquisition of 12,000 sq ft in Maidenhead.
Advised HBOS on the sale of St Andrews House, Esher totalling 21,000 sq ft.
Advised Threadneedle on the refurbishment and letting of Lyric House and Colet Court
Hammersmith
Advised St Martins on the refurbishment and letting of Oriel House 20,000 sq ft
in Richmond.
