Career History
Started in 1983 within the South East office agency team at Healey & Baker (now
Cushman & Wakefield) and became a Partner in 1993. In 2001 joined CB Hillier Parker
as a Director for 2 years, then spent 3 years as a Director of London specialist
Hodnett Martin Smith and 4 ½ years as a Director of DTZ. Formed Hanover Green in
September 2009.
Recent Experience
Pre-letting of 153,000 sq ft at One Reading Central, Reading to Yell.
Letting of 183,000 sq ft at Frimley Square in Frimley to Siemens (largest single
letting in Thames Valley in 2007).
Letting of UB1, Uxbridge - 69,330 sq ft to Hertz Europe Ltd.
Development and letting advice on Bedfont Lakes, Heathrow including disposal of
380,000 sq ft to SAP and Cisco.
HQ acquisitions for Avaya (120,000 sq ft), Centrica (120,000 sq ft) and Lucent Technologies
(101,000 sq ft).
