Career History

Started in 1986 working for the Crown Estate for 2 1/2 years followed by 10 years at St Quintin, leaving as a partner to move to Nelson Bakewell / NB Real Estate for the next 10 years as head of the central London investment team. Formed Hanover Green in September 2009.

Recent Experience

Peter specialises in the central London commercial property market. Covering the primary use sectors of offices and retail, Peter has also extensive experience in the leisure and residential sectors particularly where mixed uses are found.

Having trained as a general practice management surveyor and then specialised as a development surveyor in the early years, this has allowed Peter to consider all aspects of property investment from planning and development to the end investment and has led to a wide variety of sales and acquisition work and consultancy positions on behalf of a wide range of clients in the central London market.
