Started in 1984 working on the Govt Estate for 2 years followed by 4 years at Baker
Lorenz. 15 years as a Director of London and south east specialist Hodnett Martin
Smith and 4 1/2 years as a Director of DTZ. Formed Hanover Green in September 2009.
