involved with the design and refurbishment of office schemes.
Career History
Started in 1989 working for Kitson Commercial a management and agency practice.
Joined Feiner de Smith in 1993 working in West End Office Agency. Started the office
agency department at Thomas Davidson & Partners in 1999 promoted to equity partner
in 2004. One of the founding partners of Hanover Green September 2009.

Euston Road
Purchased 311 Euston Road 40,000 sq ft let to Railtrack on behalf of Royal London
Asset Management.
Carburton Street
Acted on behalf of Land Securities/Trillium in acquiring 10,000 sq ft of office
accommodation.
Lexington Street
Purchased 28-32 Lexington Street on behalf of Royal London Asset Management advised
on the refurbishment of the property and leased the building to Technicolor.
Great Marlborough Street
Acted upon behalf of Freshwater Group of companies in leasing this 17,000 sq ft
building. Advised on it’s recent refurbishment currently marketing the property.
Piccadilly Circus/Sherwood Street
Advised Land Securities on the refurbishment and leasing of 15,000 sq ft of offices.
