Started in 1986 working with Clive Lewis & Partners for 1.5 years followed by 1 year at Bailey Posner Burrows. 17 years, 14 as a Director, of London and south east specialist Hodnett Martin Smith and 4.5 years as a Director of DTZ. Formed Hanover Green in September 2009.
