Alectia takes offices in King’s Ride Court, Ascot

Danish company, Alectia Ltd has signed a new 10 year lease with 5 year break option on 6,094 sq ft at Orbit Southern’s Kings Ride Court in Ascot.
Alectia is a consultant and engineer to hygenic process industries and will be moving from Brentford.
The agreed rent was close to the asking rent of £16.50 per sq ft.
The letting follows on closely to a letting of 2,014 sq ft on the first floor to CBS Interiors earlier this year.
A final ground floor suite of 4,136 sq ft remains available to let at £16.50 per sq ft.
