Argent’s Kings Boulevard secure final two retail tenants

Makeup band Space NK and sportswear retailer Sweaty Betty have snapped up the two final retail units on King’s Boulevard, the main retail street within Argent’s King’s Cross redevelopment.

Space NK, which sells skincare and cosmetics products and has more than 60 stores across the UK will move into a 1,735 sq. ft. unit on a 10-year lease, while Sweaty Betty, which specialises in gym wear and yoga clothing and has 48 stores, will move into a 1,722 sq. ft. unit, also on a 10-year lease.

Nike chose the scheme for its first Neighbourhood concept store, which opened in summer 2016.
Deals have since been signed with Carhartt, Jigsaw and & Other Stories. It is also home to the German Gymnasium restaurant and the Vinoteca wine bar.
