Audley Group sign up for new Egham Office

Retirement homes specialist, the Audley Group has signed up for new offices in Egham, Surrey developed by Columbia Threadneedle.

Audley has taken 7,000 sq ft on the ground and first floors at 65 High Street, Egham on a 10 year lease with a break at five. It will pay £29.50 per sq ft.
