Flight Centre have landed at One Valentine Place

Flight Centre have agreed to lease the 1st floor at the award winning One valentine place on a 10 year lease at £43 per sq ft comprising of 3,546 sq ft.
They join Fieldglass Inc, SeaCo, Elementa Consulting and Tim Flynn Architects in the building.
The new Stiff and Trevillion designed building was completed in April 2013 and is now 85% let.
The remaining self contained ground and lower ground floor is available comprising of 3,142 sq ft.
