Further deals at Kensington Village, W14 for Hanover Green clients

The Hanover Green Lease Advisory team have now concluded further rent reviews and lease renewals on approximately 180,000 sq ft of office space in this West London Estate at Beaumont House, Warwick Building, Pembroke House and The Gloucester Building on behalf of various landlords due throughout 2016 and 2017.

Rents achieved at review range between £40 and £44 psf and clients include Schroders, Legal & General, DTZIM and Quidnet Capital Partners. The latest lease renewal concluded was on the first floor of the 60,000 sq ft Beaumont House for Schroders where Eaglemoss Publications have taken 9,742 sq ft on a new 10 year lease at a rent of £45 psf.

Hanover Green are also now marketing some 17,000 sq ft on the 3rd and 4th floors of Beaumont House.
