Hanover Green has appointed Jonathan Webb as equity partner.

Jonathan joined Hanover Green in October 2013 and has undertaken in excess of £250m worth of investment transactions since, expanding the partnerships investment offer outside of central London.

He is the first new equity partner promoted since the business was formed in 2009.

David Cuthbert said: “This is a significant change to the ownership of the business, being the first new equity partner since Hanover Green was formed in 2009. It reinforces our desire to increase the diversity of the ownership of the business and enhance the long term profitability.”

Hanover Green has been one of the more successful independent brokerage businesses to launch in the UK since the economic downturn.

Webb joined Hanover Green from DTZ as a partner to work alongside Simon Hall and Peter Trinder in its investment team focused on national investment work outside of central London, primarily in the South-East.

Hanover Green provides advice on office and industrial occupation, investment, development, rent review and lease restructuring work in London and the South East of England.
