Rob Senior, a founding partner of Hanover Green said: “We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent and are delighted to welcome Martin and Luke to the team. Their retail expertise will be invaluable to many of our existing clients, as well as opening up many new opportunities for Hanover Green. There is a great deal of synergy between our clients in the West End and across London.”

The rest is history!

In 1996 the major part of Carnaby came on to the market, and the team again advised us on the acquisition, and over the following years have helped us to complete the remaining parts of the jigsaw.

Luke has been advising us over the past 6 years on all of our professional retail work in Carnaby and Soho, and also our Seven Dials portfolio in Covent Garden.
He provides us with exceptional and importantly forward thinking strategic advice and has consistently produces exceptional results.

We are delighted that Luke and Martin are joining the HG team…..it is a perfect fit for us.”

Duncan Ferguson of Lancer Asset Management said: “Lancer have worked with Hanover Green since they were created and we are delighted that they have diversified into the world of retail by establishing HGR. Martin Thomas has advised Lancer for in excess of 15 years on our client’s Mayfair and Oxford Street assets and has consistently offered sound strategic advice. A stronger HG will evolve.”
