Hanover Green has been appointed to market the remaining space at Craven House in Ealing, west London following the recent purchase of the office block by CBRE Investors.

Craven House is located at 40 Uxbridge Road in Ealing, the heart of the west London town’s main office district. Hanover Green is marketing the available 10,305 sq ft which, along with the building’s reception, is being refurbished to a high standard. Completion is due by Q4 2012.

The building benefits from excellent access to local amenities, including restaurants, cafés and extensive shopping facilities. It is also close to the town’s main transport hub Ealing Broadway station, with Underground and mainline train services that can reach London Paddington in 10 minutes, Heathrow Airport in 18 minutes, and the West End in 22 minutes.

The vacant 10,305 sq ft is split across three floors: 3,875 sq ft available on the second floor; 4,538 sq ft on the third floor; and 1,892 sq ft on the sixth floor.
