Heathrow House lands another tenant for Threadneedle

On behalf of Threadneedle Property , Hanover Green have let 3,354 sq ft on the third floor of Heathrow House, opposite Heathrow Airport to Keyence ( UK ) Ltd.

The new tenant has taken a new 5 year lease at a rent of £19.50 psf and joins other occupiers including Boeing, NATS and TCC.  Only 12,984 sq ft remains available to let within the 110,000 sq ft office building.
