    Over 25 years’ experience dealing exclusively in the Central London retail and leisure market. Providing development, valuation and leasing advice for some of London’s most significant landlords, acting on some of the highest profile estates and major high street holdings.

  • Career History

    Started at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 1999 working within the central London Retail team. Became a partner in 2008, responsible for building the landlord client business. Joined Hanover Green Retail as a principal in 2017.

    Development / Leasing - Carnaby Village, Soho, Seven Dials & Fitzrovia
    Retained by Shaftesbury PLC, London’s largest owner of shops, restaurants, and leisure property. Advising across their various ‘Villages’ being responsible for the transformation of areas such as Carnaby into a world-famous fashion forward shopping destination through a carefully selected tenant mix strategy.

    Development / Leasing - Covent Garden Estate, WC2
    Retained by The Mercers' Company on over 250,000 sq ft of retail on the north side of Long Acre, Covent Garden. Working alongside Knight Frank as Asset Managers to further improve the retail provision through pro-active development and leasing.

    Development / Leasing - Old Spitalfields Market, E1
    Retained by Tribeca Holdings on one of London’s most historic destinations, now being reinvented to provide quality shops and restaurants around a repositioned market as a new attraction for East London.

    Development / Leasing - St Martin’s Courtyard, WC2
    Retained by Longmartin Properties on the redevelopment of Sussex House and improvements to Long Acre and St Martin’s Courtyard.

    Development / Leasing - 25/31 James Street, WC2
    Retained by Lothbury Investment Managers on a prime Covent Garden block linking Long Acre to Covent Garden Market.

    Development / Leasing – Selfridges Neighbourhood, W1
    Retained by Duke Street Properties (formerly Selfridges) to reposition the retail and restaurant portfolio located around Selfridges Department Store.

    Development / Leasing - King’s Cross / Coal Drops Yard, N1
    Instructed by Argent to pre-let the 100,000 sq ft Thomas Heatherwick designed Coal Drops Yard.

    Acquisition - Flagships and New Entrants
    Represented occupiers in some of the most significant lettings in the capital including new arrivals to the UK for Equinox Fitness at The Roof Gardens, Kensington High Street and Holly Hunt at 20 Grafton Street.
