    Over 30 years’ experience in the London investment, development and leasing markets. Advising on central London investment sales and purchases for major pension funds and property companies.

  • Career History

    Started in 1986 at Clive Lewis & Partners moving to Bailey Posner Burrows in 1988. Joined Hodnett Martin Smith’s agency team in 1988, becoming a director. Following the sale of the company to DTZ in 2005, was a director in their West End investment team before leaving to form Hanover Green in 2009.

    Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the 28,000 sq ft office investment for £25.6 million.

    Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the mixed use 47,250 sq ft investment for c.£30 million.

    Disposal - 9-11 Grosvenor Gardens, SW1
    Advised Hudson Advisors on the mixed use 18,500 sq ft investment for £13.2 million.

    Disposal - Portobello Dock, Ladbroke Grove W10
    Advised Derwent London on the mixed use 52,600 sq ft investment for £35.65 million.

    Advised Mansford Real Estate on the 31,000 sq ft office investment for £25.25 million.
