Phoenix Brewery fully let after fashion deal

Real estate investor Mansford has fully let its 31,000 sq ft Phoenix Brewery office scheme in Notting Hill, London, after securing a deal with fashion designer Temperley London.

Temperley joins a growing number of fashion occupiers in the area and has taken 5,797 sq ft on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the building.
It has signed a new five-year lease and will pay a rent of £50/ sq ft on the best space.

David Cuthbert of Hanover Green said: “Increasingly, the creative industries, particularly those that are fashion related, are being drawn to this part of west London with its attractive working environment, convenient transport links and superb retail and leisure offering at Westfield London.”

Other occupiers within Phoenix Brewery include Charlotte Olympia, Pink Lining, Live Nation and JamJar while other local businesses include Cath Kidston, Monsoon and Stella McCartney.

Hanover Green advised Mansford.
