Following the rolling refurbishment of 4 floors at 101 Wigmore Street comprising of over 22,000 sq ft. The third floor has been now been let to DWFM Beckman solicitors in this landmark corner building.
They join new tenants Falkland Oli and Gas, Poten & Partners and Sasol Chevron who have recently taken space on the 1st, 2nd and 8th floors.
The building continues AXA Real Estate Investment Managements’ strategy of investing and improving their buildings while creating a diverse tenant mix.
