The Joy Of Six For Aviva In Twickenham

Property fund manager Aviva Investors, advised by Hanover Green, has signed six new occupiers to its 130,000 sq ft  Regal House office building in Twickenham, south west London.

 Aviva has agreed five year deals with NRS Media taking 4,896 sq ft on the sixth floor; Easy Fairs taking 4,178 sq ft on the second floor; Jain Europe on 2,658 sq ft of third floor space; Directus Law on 360 sq ft on the fifth floor, and Frequentis on 1,744 sq ft on the first floor. RPA Management has also leased 2,000 sq ft of  fifth  floor space.

Rents range from £17.50 -19.50 per sq ft.

A further 10,000 sq ft of the refurbished accommodation is available.

Regal House is located on a prominent site next to Twickenham station, with direct links to central London and the Thames Valley.
