Tough Mudder take 3,400 sq ft at Piano House, Brixton

Acting on behalf of the developers, TCN UK, the 2nd floor of the Brixton landmark known as Piano House has been let to Tough Mudder on a new 5 year lease at £44 per sq ft.
The imposing Victorian warehouse was originally built in 1877 as a storage depot for the Bon Marche Department Store and TCN have repurposed it as a contemporary work and social hub to provide efficient open-plan workspace with fantastic natural light and distinctive character.
Piano House is situated at the junction between Brixton Road and Brighton Terrace and is within 100m of Brixton Underground station and Railway station, which provides a journey of 7 minutes into Victoria.
Hanover Green act as leasing agents for TCN on Piano House.
