16,500 sq ft HQ letting secured in St Albans

Skechers USA has signed for a 16,500 sq ft headquarters in St Albans, the Hertfordshire cathedral city.
The footwear brand has taken as assignment of a lease from Premier Foods on CT3 Centrium St Albans expiring in June 2017.
Simultaneously a new reversionary lease from the landlord TH Real Estate commencing June 2017 for 10 years has been taken.
The building totals 16,500 sq ft on ground and two upper floors. The tenant will pay the passing rent for two years followed by the reversionary lease at a market rent along with a market rent free period.
