200 Hammersmith Road now fully let with deal to Luxottica

Ropemaker Properties, advised by Hanover Green, has retained Luxottica as an occupier in its 200 Hammersmith Road office building in Hammersmith, London W6 after agreeing a new deal with the fashion, luxury and sports eyewear brand.

The UK headquarters function of Luxottica has taken the 6,300 sq ft ground floor on a new 10-year lease with a break option after five years. The rent is £57.50 per sq ft.

The 67,000 sq ft five storey office building is now fully occupied with other tenants including Etihad Airways, Western Union and Universal Music.

Since Ropemaker Properties purchased the building in 2008 it has carried out several asset management initiatives and increased rents from £35 per sq ft to £57.50 per sq ft
