Hanover Green let 3,105 sq ft on part 8th floor to Wanstar Ltd on behalf of Aviva. Terms were agreed for a 5 years lease at £32.50 per sq ft.
This follows 26,000 sq ft of deals in 2019 to Regus and Easyfairs at £30.00 per sq ft.
