40% increase in rent on Wimbledon industrial estate

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Aberdeen Asset Management (CIAM), Hanover Green have obtained a 3rd party award for a September 2013 rent review on a 23,500 sq ft warehouse unit on Elms Industrial Estate ,Wimbledon which has increased the rent from £170,000 pa to £237,000 pa. The tenant was seeking a nil increase so the matter had to go to 3rd party where appropriate representations were made.
