40,000 sq ft lettings at Hammersmith Embankment
Hanover Green advised Arlington on the largest office lettings in west London for several months. Nutritional supplement brand, Juice Plus+ acquired 26,000 sq ft on the third floor and medical software company, CRF, took 14,000 sq ft on the ground floor at the Waterfront building, Hammersmith Embankment, both for 10-year terms.
The lettings coincide with rebranding of the site as, Manbré Wharf, reflecting its “rich history as the home of Manbré & Garton’s Saccharine Works”.
Arlington has gone to public consultation on the creation of a new building called Refinery on the site of Riverside.
Arlington will also be remodelling the riverside park and introducing amenities to the scheme, including business lounges, cafés, restaurants, a fitness suite and penthouse club room. Daniel Pagella, Commercial Director of Arlington, said: “Manbré Wharf has a unique and completely under-utilised riverside setting that looks out over the Harrods Depository and Hammersmith Bridge. The plans we’re announcing today represent a very substantial investment in the scheme that will give it the sense of identity it deserves, making the most of the location and creating a truly exciting and unrivalled destination. We’re delighted that Juice Plus and CRF have chosen to join us at the perfect time to enjoy the benefits.”
