The freehold investment of 10 Essex Street has been sold for £7 million to a private investor showing a net initial yield of 4.0%.
The 7,343 sq ft office building which is close to the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, is let to Romie Tager QC T/A Selborne Chambers for a further 3.5 years at a rent of £300,000 pa which equates to £41 psf.
Hanover Green acted for the private client on the sale.
