Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, Hanover Green have let the 2,500 sq ft first floor offices at the iconic former home of Hammer Film Productions, 113-117 Wardour Street, W1 to Lookout Point on a 5 year term at a rent of £75 psf.
Hammer Film productions moved into the building in 1949 when it was rechristened “Hammer House” and they rose to fame in the 1950’s with a string of classic Horror Films including The Curse of Frankenstein, Dracula and The Mummy. Lookout Point are an independent drama production company whose credits include Ripper Street and The Living and the Dead as well as classic TV series such as the acclaimed War & Peace.
