Lantern lights the way in Maidenhead with key new letting

Software group Crayon has agreed a deal to take 6,000 sq ft of prime headquarter space at Lantern, relocating to what is one of Maidenhead’s most striking office properties.

Hanover Green’s Andy Tucker advised the landlord Berwick Hill on this deal, alongside joint agent Roddy Abram. Matt Swash SIOR at Corep acted for Crayon.

Following the deal, 3,600 sq ft of best in class office space on the part 2nd floor remains available at this EPC A and BREEAM Very Good property, with suites available from 1,595 sq ft.
