Duo of deals secured at Power Road Studios, Chiswick

Advising our client Feldberg Capital, we’ve just secured two new tenants at Power Road Studios – a former 1930s Singer sewing machine factory turned vibrant West London office campus for innovative and fast-growing businesses.

🔸Global drinks company Yakult UK & Ireland has agreed a deal to relocate its UK head office to the scheme, taking a 3,200 sq ft self-contained suite in Studio 5

🔸Property management firm Bond Docwra Group has taken another self-contained suite in Studio 3

Following these deals, opportunities remain to secure space at the Akoya London-managed office campus – with blank canvas workspace, or fully fitted ‘plug and play’ options available.
