Costa Coffee selects Verulam Point, St Albans for new UK headquarters
Advising our client Patrizia, we’ve just completed a deal for F&B giant Costa Coffee to take 31,682 sq ft at Verulam Point in St Albans for its new, consolidated UK headquarters.
Occupying the second and third floors, the deal marks one of the most significant office lettings in the local market in recent months, reinforcing the continued strength of demand for high-quality, ESG-led and well-connected regional workspace.
The letting – secured by Andy Tucker and David Cuthbert, working alongside joint agents at Knight Frank – also saw Hanover Green scoop a CoStar Quarterly Deals award in Q4 2025 for our role in the transaction.
Following the deal, c.8,000 sq ft of fully refurbished space remains available on the first floor at this EPC A, best-in-class office property, which is located adjacent to St Albans City railway station.
To find out more details about the space, get in touch with Andy Tucker and David Cuthbert, or our joint agents at Knight Frank.
