AEW Europe instruct Hanover Green on Bath Road, Slough

Following AEW Europe’s acquisition of Segro’s portfolio of offices on the Bath Road in Slough for £325m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.26%, Hanover Green have been instructed as joint letting agents.
The portfolio, which fronts the Slough Trading Estate, contains 972,348 sq ft in 16 Grade A office properties leased to companies spanning blue-chip, national and international businesses, and includes one office building of 74,349 sq ft being developed on a speculative basis with practical completion this summer. Tenants include O2, Segro, Black & Decker, Regus, Fiat & Blackberry.
