AEW UK books Kuoni for Dorking HQ

AEW UK South East Office Fund has signed travel group Kuoni for all of the 31,779 sq ft One Dorking Office Park,

One Dorking Office Park is a headquarters office building located at the entrance to Dorking Office Park on ground to second floors with a basement car park. The building benefits from a glazed central atrium and full height reception area.

Kuoni has signed a 15 year lease agreement and will relocate from its site in the town on Deepdene Avenue which it has occupied since 1974.

AEW purchased Dorking Office Park in 2015 and has since undertaken a comprehensive programme of redevelopment, including significant upgrading of the park environment.

Remaining availability on the Park is 2500 sq ft to 17,238 sq ft in Two Dorking Office Park which provides open plan Grade A office accommodation at a quoting rental of £25 per sq ft.
