Alex Lake joins investment team

Our central London investment team just got even stronger, with Alex Lake having joined us as a Partner.

Alex brings significant experience advising REITs, private equity firms, institutions and high-net-worth individuals on major acquisitions and disposals across the capital.

His notable track record includes advising on the sales of St. Katharine Docks, Film House on Wardour Street and 38 Finsbury Square, as well as the acquisitions of 50 Fenchurch Street, 70 Chamber Street and Fleet Place House.
