Another 72 Hammersmith Road Letting to Olympus Property Holdings

On behalf of Harrods Estates, we are pleased to have completed another letting at 72 Hammersmith Road to Olympus Property Holdings Ltd. The new c.16,000 sqft letting takes their total occupancy to c.24,000 sqft in the building. Olympus will use the building as a base for their redevelopment of the exciting Olympia London scheme close by.  The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
