Arcadia Group appoints Hanover Green as sole agents for its Hampstead Road building

Hanover Green has been appointed by the Arcadia Group to market short term office and warehouse space at 132 Hampstead Road, London NW1.

The four storey building, with an available area of 72, 896 sq ft, comprises multi-storey warehouse space in the lower floors and offices over two upper floors.

A rent of £12.50 per sq ft is being quoted for the office units of 11,948 sq ft and 11,848 sq ft. The warehouse units of 26,615 sq ft and 22,485 sq ft are available on a rent of £10 per sq ft. These are to be let on a per floor or per unit basis for an 18 months lease.

The building has excellent facilities with a ground floor loading bay, passenger and service lifts, central heating and a basement car parking. It is located on a prominent corner site on the east side of Hampstead Road at its junction with Cardington Street, which is one of the main arterial routes linking north London to the West End. It is adjacent to Euston railway station and close to Euston underground station.
