The 123,000 sq ft building named Refinery will be developed alongside Waterfront at Manbré Wharf, a scheme comprising two buildings, on the Thames Embankment in Hammersmith.
The scheme will accommodate Biosecurity Level 2 laboratory space alongside conventional offices. Arlington say it is London’s first fully lab-enabled scheme delivered by a commercial property investor. Around 20% of the building will include an event studio, restaurant, club room and business lounge.
It will be launched to the market later this year, with scheduled completion marked for two years time.
