Armstrong World Industries takes 8,800 sq ft at Harman House, Uxbridge

Acting on behalf of a global private investor client, Hanover Green have secured a new letting to Armstrong World Industries for 8,809 sq ft of offices at Harman House in Uxbridge.

The manufacturer of floors and ceilings is taking a 10-year lease on part of the second floor, paying £30 per sq ft.
The letting marks the latest in a series of deals at Harman House including Mitsubishi Electric, Almirall, Cubico and Graphisoft. The building has two ground floor units vacant, totalling 3,000 sq ft.
