Arrivia takes 8,300 sq ft at Belmont, Uxbridge, for new EMEA head office

Securing another key letting for our client London & Regional Properties, US travel loyalty company Arrivia has agreed a deal to take 8,300 sq ft at the Grade A and BREEAM Excellent Belmont office development in the heart of Uxbridge town centre.

Relocating from The Atrium, Arrivia will now house its EMEA headquarters in a striking suite on the part second floor of the 129,676 sq ft Belmont scheme, placing the business alongside other leading occupiers including GiffGaff, PFU Fujitsu and Orega.

Boasting spacious floorplates arranged around a sky-lit atrium, an onsite café, cycle storage and changing rooms and 170 car parking spaces, including 20 EV charging points, Belmont represents one of the leading south east office schemes, enabling tenants to simultaneously tap into both excellent office facilities and transport connections.
