Asprey London Secured on Berkeley Square Estate

On behalf of Astrea, Hanover Green Retail has secured one of the UK’s leading luxury retail brands on the Berkeley Square Estate.

Asprey London has agreed terms to take 12,500 sq ft of 34/36 Bruton Street, a prominent corner building located just a stone’s throw from Bond Street, which will provide high class retail space over basement, ground and first floor levels.
