Astrea gets go ahead for development at 36/38 Berkeley Square

Hanover Green Retail have been instructed as sole letting agents on a 9,000 sq. ft retail space at ground and lower ground levels in a new 85,000 sq ft Berkeley Square office development.
The building formerly known as Berger House is owned by Astrea Asset Management’s Off-Shore client and the newly designed scheme by Piercy & Company will start construction in 2021 ready for completion by 2024.
