Audio Visual firm signs new lease at Langley

Audio visual engineering firm Jabra has signed for a further 10 years at its home at Langley.
The Danish-owned firm has agreed the new lease, with a five-year break clause, on 5,300 sq ft of offices at The Curve at Axis Business Park. Hanover Green represented the landlord, Threadneedle UK Property Authorised Investment Fund and Vail Williams acted on behalf of Jabra.
The Langley site, a stone’s throw from Heathrow Airport, boasts key transport links including access to J5 of the M4, train services to London Paddington, Slough and Reading and will benefit from Crossrail.
