Aviva secure Capita call centre for £30.5 m

Aviva Investors Lime Property Fund has purchased the long leasehold interest in Capita Park, Rotherham for in excess of £30.5m from a private investor. The property is let on a long lease to Capita for use as a call centre, neighbouring another similar property occupied by the same tenant. The property fits the Lime Fund’s investment criteria, where undoubted covenant’s, with annual rental uplifts and a long lease offer secure property returns.
