Award-winning Basque cookery school Mimo will open its first UK base in Borough Market this spring

Mimo’s London branch will be on 1 Cathedral Street, right in the heart of the market.
The Borough Market base will be their fourth branch after three other outposts in San Sebastian, Mallorca and the Algarve.
Hanover Green Retail were delighted to act on behalf of Borough Market Trustees on the deal.
