Blackwater Valley’s biggest office letting for three years

F&C Reit Asset Management has signed pharmaceuticals company Novartis for 64,000 sq ft at its Watchmoor Park office investment in Camberley Novartis will lease Block C at the park at around a quoting rent of £18 per sq ft. Kevin Hawthorn of Hanover Green, joint letting agents for F&C Reit says: “This is the largest office letting in the Blackwater Valley for over three years and highlights Watchmoor Park as a first class business location.”
