Delice De France have agreed to lease the 2nd and 3rd floors at 20 Garrick Street for 10 years. The newly refurbished AXA Real Estate building has been transformed by WISH London and GIA into a boutique executive offices. Delice De France who supply cakes, pastries and bread have agreed a rent of £67.50 psf for the floors to accommodate their European headquarters and UK sales and marketing teams.
The remaining 4th floor comprises 2,828 sq ft is available at £69.50 psf.
