Coccinelle, the luxury Italian handbag retailer, have opened their first UK store at 185 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge.
The premises occupy a prominent corner position fronting both Brompton Road and Beauchamp Place. The unit totals 1,550 sq ft situated over ground and basement floors.
Coccinelle have taken a new 5 year lease at a rent of £160,000 per annum, there was no rent free given.
Hanover Green acted for the Landlord, Coccinelle were unrepresented.
