A private family trust advised by Hanover Green and Strutt & Parker has let Burleigh House, 73-75 Sheen Road, Richmond to Wingas UK.

The 4,500 sq ft office property has been let on a new five year lease at £28 per sq ft along with a twelve month rent free period.

Hanover Green acted for the landlord.
